Where to view hosting error logs
The applications you install on your website may, under certain circumstances, generate errors that are recorded on the server.
These errors can be of different types and you can view them in the Control Panel.
To view the error log of your web hosting account, access the
hosting management in your
cdmon Control Panel and in the '
Server' section click on the option
Logs: PHP and web server
On the next screen, by selecting "Log type" from the dropdown menu, you can view the errors generated by the web server or PHP on your website.
The errors displayed are those from the current day.
If you want to check errors from previous days, you can access the /errors folder located in the root directory via FTP and download them in compressed format. Please note that a history of up to thirty days is stored.
